Karen Waitt - Associate

Karen combines a wealth of expertise in action-based training with ten years as a frontline manager.  Her specialist areas include leadership development, coaching and teamwork.  She has worked with managers and teams at all levels of both private and public sector organisations. 

Karen's passion is helping others to understand their strengths and achieve their potential. She is an experienced coach and is frequently called upon by clients to coach managers and team members facing change and new challenges in their roles. Karen is:

• an accredited practitioner of the Team Management Systems suite of team diagnostic tools
• accredited at PRINCE2™ Foundation level
• a qualified Dale Carnegie instructor
• a certified user of the Lominger Leadership Architect™ and Team Architect™ tools.
