Tracy Brown – Director

Tracy has extensive experience in planning and implementing change management programmes in large organisations, focusing on team development and project management.

Tracy has a background in operational management and HR, and has specialist skills in facilitation and mediation. Tracy also has a range of experience working in a Maori cultural context, most recently within the justice sector.

Tracy is a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand, with a formal qualification in Human Resources management. Tracy is:

• an accredited PRINCE2™ practitioner
• an accredited practitioner of the Team Managment Systems suite of team diagnostic tools
• a certified user of the Lominger Leadership Architect™ and Team Architect™ tools
• an accredited practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®.
